Supercharge the agent
you already have — no extra cost, zero lock-in.

Dori Mini integrates with the AI assistant you already chat with (Claude Code, Codex CLI, Antigravity — whichever it is) and works identically across all of them. You keep chatting exactly the way you already do — you just get to ask more precise, specific things and have them actually get filed, indexed, and remembered.

The whole promise, up front: everything it creates is a plain file on your own computer. No account, no cloud sync, no server, and no new subscription — it runs on whichever Claude/Codex plan you already pay for. If you never ran the install command again, every file it's ever written would still open in a normal text editor.
No new subscription

Runs on the Claude/Codex/etc. plan you already pay for — no separate bill.

No hidden API spend

Search, routing, and indexing run locally — tokens are only spent on genuine reasoning.

Inspectable, not a black box

Every script is plain and short — see exactly what runs and why, any time.

Two rules, that's it: start a message with "Dori" and it steps in on request — everything below is that. Links and files (a YouTube URL, a dragged-in PDF or photo) just work on their own, no "Dori" needed.

Copy, paste, go

Six lines to try in your agent, in order. Say them as they are, or fill in the brackets first — either way it knows what to do with what's missing.

1 · Start a project

Dori, start a new project called [Name]

No files needed yet — it scaffolds an empty project folder. Attach files any time after; the same command reads what's there and files it in.

2 · Save a video

Dori, store this YouTube link: https://youtu.be/hiYTq9xnkPw?si=kOcnI3mlmqueWaTj

Swap in any YouTube URL. You'll have a searchable transcript in your vault in under a minute, plus a small local page you can click open and browse.

3 · Create your profile

Dori, create my profile: I'm [Name], [Role] at [Company]

Or drop in a CV or your LinkedIn profile as a PDF first, and ask it to fill this in from that instead of typing it out. On your LinkedIn profile, open the Resources button (below your name) and pick Save to PDF — it opens in a new tab, ready to drag in.

Also worth adding

Dori, my LinkedIn is [profile URL]

Saves it alongside your profile, so it's there the next time anything needs it.

4 · Create a brand

Dori, create a brand called [Name] — here's our site: [URL]

It reads the site itself and writes up positioning, voice, and colors from what's actually there. Reuse it later with "write this in the [Name] voice."

5 · Look someone up

Dori, who's [Name] from [Company]?

Works today for free, using your agent's own web search. Add a free Tavily key later (1,000 searches/month, no card required) for a version that links what it finds straight into your vault instead of just answering in chat.

6 · Add WhatsApp

Dori, add WhatsApp as a channel

Runs the pairing script and shows a QR code to scan, right there. Needs a spare WhatsApp number, never your main one. Why it's safe →

Get more out of Dori Mini

Once you've actually captured a few things, these get useful.

Minutes from a transcript

Dori, turn this into minutes

Paste a meeting transcript along with it — comes back as Attendees · Topics · Decisions Log · Action Items, each tagged with who owns it.

Check your inbox

Dori, what do I need to resolve?

Lists anything it couldn't confidently file on its own — usually because a capture could belong to more than one project. A safeguard, not a bug.

Recall a decision

Dori, what did I decide about [topic]?

Comes back empty the very first time — that's expected. Capture a couple of things first, then ask again.

Check your tasks

Dori, what are my tasks?

Reads straight from your task store — open items, sorted by due date.

Add a task

Dori, add a task: [what] by [when]

Same store as above — also fills in automatically from a meeting's Action Items once minutes exist.

Check the watched inbox

Dori, anything new in my inbox folder?

If you set up a watched folder during install, this lists what landed there since you last checked. Needs the optional setup step — see the full guide if you skipped it.

Optional, skip freely
Fathom lets it pull meeting recordings straight from your account instead of you pasting a transcript — set it up any time from the full guide. Nothing above needs it.
That's everything you need to get moving. See exactly what the install did, or every capture type in depth.
